Data
How is my data secured?
The solution’s architecture is based on the best Microsoft security elements (Token, MFA, Conditional Access, dynamic group, Azure Active Directory, etc.). The access conditions can vary from the 2FA to Zero Trust security strategy according to the desires of our clients.
As it is fully integrated into your Microsoft environment, the security measures applied will be exactly the same as the ones you put in place for accessing your Microsoft account.
Only authorized users will have access to the platform. We go even further by offering you the rights to select which users will have access to which module and to which documents, client, etc.
This allows you to remain in total control of who has access to the platform and, ultimately, to the documents available on it.
How can I transfer my data from another system?
Two options are available to you:
- Our team takes care of data recovery
- You migrate the data yourself by synchronizing your cloud (database) with the platform.
As we always make an audit to estimate the volume of data and the different information flows, we provide you with an estimation of the data transfer process and cost. We can recover data from any digital and physical source. It is up to you to decide if you want to do it by yourself or not.
Where is my data stored?
The Platform is designed to manage your document in a smart and efficient way. Since we are based on Microsoft, everything is hosted in your environment and thus stored in your own cloud/server.

What if I ever need assistance?
Our support team is available during working hours according to the terms listed in your contract. Each licence grants 2 hours of basic support per user per month. Basic support can be used for any question about the platform usage, bug reporting or extra workshops (trainings).
Expert support can also be accessible for developements or issues that would need a bigger fix. The hours are negotiated and agreed with the client directly and can thus vary from a company to another.
Once the total hours of support is used, our support will remain available at a fixed hourly rate mentionned in your contract.
I want to change my subscription and add more modules.
No worries! Contact our customer support and they will analyze your requirements thoroughly to provide the best solution that suits your needs. This could involve offering an existing module or proposing to develop a custom module tailored to your specific requirements.
I am interested in D360 but I need a module that isn't available yet.
Our platform is constantly evolving and we offer custom development when requested. Even for modules that do not currently exist, we can develop them according to your needs. If you have already subscribed to our platform but have a specific request, you always have the option to use hours of expert support to develop one/or specific modules.
What will D360 really cost me?
The subscription price will vary according to the modules you will have taken. Our starter pack is at 50€ per user per month. Subscriptions are automatically renewable from one year to another so if you do not want to renew, you must contact your account manager and terminate the contract according to your contract terms.

How is D360 implemented?
We have project managers that will guide you through the implementation process. Those project managers will organize workshops with your teams ensuring that the platform fully fits your needs. Once D360 is delivered, we train champions who will be the platform leaders within your organization. Workshops are organized with your soon-to-be champions so that they have an extensive knowledge of D360 and can train your teams afterwards.
How can I share files with my customers?
Nothing is simpler! Our platform allows you to provide each of your customers with an external view. You decide what you want to show your customers through total access management. Your customers will be able to upload documents to the client portal and access their files / data at any given time.
How can I add more users?
You must have a license for each of your employees to whom you want to give access to the Kube Platform. You can choose between two types of subscriptions: Basic User and Power User.
Maintenance
You will be notified before every maintenance period. Different types of maintenance exist according to the fixes required. We do at least one system update per year. Occasional maintenance can occur if we need to fix bugs in your environment. In such a case, we coordinate the maintenance with your teams in order to set up a maintenance date during when the platform will temporarily be unavailable. We usually do it after working hours or on low activity hours following your preferences.
What if I want to resign?
Subscriptions are automatically renewable from one year to another so if you want to resign, you must contact your account manager and notify him your wish to terminate the contract accordingly with the signed contract.
Infrastructure
Do I have the necessary computer infrastructure?
I work alone, can D360 still be useful for me?
Of course! If you are alone working in your organization you will probably need to handle a large amount of documents. D360 will allow you to manage your clients more efficiently, such as sending and receiving compulsory documents automatically, allowing your clients to consult their files independently, etc. This will allow better visibility of your customers and you will be able to offer them personalized services. You no longer need to have large teams to provide comprehensive and personalized services.
